Bridgette Mayer Gallery announces its participation in Art Silicon Valley/San Francisco, Art Miami’s new International Contemporary and Modern Art Fair on the West Coast.

Bridgette Mayer Gallery will participate in the inaugural Art Silicon Valley/San Francisco Fair, which opens with a VIP preview on October 9th and runs through October 12th, 2014. Centrally located between Silicon Valley and San Francisco, the fair is proud to present 75 highly respected international galleries and art institutions from France, Italy, Germany, England, The Netherlands, Finland, South Korea, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Venezuela, China, Austria, Argentina and The United States.

The Gallery will feature works from a number of artists in their primary program including Federico Herrero, Arden Bendler Browning, Clara Fialho, Rebecca Rutstein, Tim McFarlane, Radcliffe Bailey, Paul Oberst, Nathan Pankratz, Ryan McGinness and Dana Hargrove.

Now in its 13th year, the Bridgette Mayer Gallery has represented and exhibited artists whose work displays the variety and genius of contemporary art now being created in the US. The gallery’s ongoing exhibition program will continue to support established gallery artists even as it looks beyond the US to discovering and cultivating new talent from around the globe. The gallery exhibits painting, sculpture and photography with an emphasis on innovative process and content-driven ideas that speak to beauty, technology, culture and the contemporary landscape. Housed in an historic 1799 Philadelphia brownstone, the gallery presents ten exhibitions a year in its 3,000 square foot space and participates in numerous art fairs in the United States.
